SHIPPING
- We use Australia Post to ship all orders, our flat rate is $15. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can keep an eye out for your goodies to arrive.
- Orders will be posted out within 1 - 3 days.
- We also have an express post option if you need your goodies in a hurry.

- We currently ship to NZ.
RETURNS - FULL PRICE PURCHASES
- We really hope that you love your items as much as we do.... but just in case it is not what you expected, you can return it to us if the item / items are new, unused, FULL PRICE and it is within 14 days of delivery.
- You can request a refund, exchange or store credit.
- We ask you to email us the tracking number when sending items back to us as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Refunds and credit notes will be processed once the item has been received by us. If you have any concerns just call or email us.

RETURNS - SALE PURCHASES
- We do not offer refunds on sale purchases or purchases where a discount code was used. We will however happily offer an exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months) if the item / items are new, unused.
- We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
- Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- Because we are a small business, sometimes things don't go to plan. In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is out of stock, we can offer you an exchange or refund, or wait until the item is back in stock.
